Phix building
PHIX Photonics Assembly is a fast-growing technology company specializing in the assembly and packaging of photonic integrated circuits (PICs).
The modern 1,800 m2 facility, including ISO 5 cleanrooms, supports the company’s growth and accelerates the industrialization of photonic chip technology in Europe.
LioniX Building
LioniX International is a leading global provider of customized microsystem solutions, such as ultra-low-loss photonic integrated circuits (PICs) and custom- made modules based on silicon nitride.
In 2026, LioniX International will move to a specially constructed building on the same site, designed to support the company’s growth. The new facility offers modern work and laboratory spaces and highlights LioniX’s ambition to strengthen the Netherlands’ position in
photonics and promote collaboration within the ecosystem.
The building is partly leased, with 1,400 m2 of office and lab space still available.

This new 4,000 m2 building at Kennispark Twente offers modern office, lab, and R&D spaces, specially designed to foster growth and collaboration.
